May 18th, 2013 - While Friday night's scheduled $3,000-to-win, Sunoco American Late Model Series (ALMS) at Kankakee Motor Speedway (Kankakee, Illinois) fell victim to rain, Chad Stapleton was able to race with the tour on Saturday night at Fairbury American Legion Speedway (Fairbury, Illinois) in a $2,000-to-win event.

The night started on a rough note, when Stapleton made contact with the wall, which forced him to start at the tail of a heat race. Despite being behind the eight ball early in the night Chad raced his way into the feature before retiring early to a twenty-second place finish.

Twenty-four Super Late Models entered the program, and after drawing the eighth starting spot for his heat race he advanced three spots to finish in the fifth position. His heat race performance locked Chad into the thirteenth starting spot for the feature. During the course of the finale he advanced more positions than any other competitor, who finished in front of him, as he passed eight cars to finish fifth behind race winner, Jeremy Hines, Cody Mahoney, Dustin Linville, and Greg Kendall. Full results from the event are available at www.BrownstownSpeedway.com.

May 4th, 2013 - Chad continued his recent hot streak by powering his #32 Rightway Construction/Barry Wright Super Late Model to his third straight victory with a triumph in the $1,500-to-win event at Moler Raceway Park (Williamsburg, Ohio) on Friday evening. While Stapleton was elated to get the win the night was marred by racer, Barry Doss, having a possible heart attack at the track. The veteran racer was transported to a local hospital in stable condition and Chad dedicated his win to the great racer, "The Boss" Barry Doss. Click Here to watch the post race interview. Full results from the program are available at www.MolerRacewayPark.com.

On Saturday evening the action shifted to Florence Speedway (Union, Kentucky) 1for a $2,000-to-win, unsanctioned race. 1April 27th, 2013 - After a frustrating start to the year Chad Stapleton finally got things pointed in the right direction over the weekend with back-to-back victories in Ohio and Indiana.

The weekend opened on Friday night at Moler Raceway Park (Williamsburg, Ohio) as the facility was finally able to overcome a series of rain outs. A second place finish in his heat race positioned Stapleton starting fourth on the grid for the main event. He would progressively work his way to the front of the pack in the finale as great racing raged at the front of the field. He went on to claim the win over Johny Whitney, Barry Doss, Mark Frazier, and Kellen Kenneda. Full results are available at www.MolerRacewayPark.com.

Stapleton would have his hands full for much of the event before charging to the lead and the win late in the race. Joe Janowski, Mahoney, Tyler Allen, and Tim Rivers rounded out the top five in the final rundown. Full results from the event are available at www.BrownstownSpeedway.com.

Twenty-three Super Late Models entered the event as Chad debuted the new graphic's scheme on his #32 Rightway Construction Barry Wright Super Late Model. April 13th, 2013 - Enjoying an off weekend from the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) tour Austin Hubbard went into action over the weekend in Chad Stapleton's #32 Barry Wright/Jay Dickens Racing Engine Super Late Model in a pair of $20,000-to-win, National Dirt Racing League (NDRL) Super Late Model events in Kentucky and Missouri, while Stapleton recovered from hernia surgery earlier in the week.

The action opened on Friday night at Paducah International Raceway (Paducah, Kentucky) as a stellar field of fifty-five Super Late Models entered the event at the 3/8 mile oval. Heat race action found Austin missing the transfer to the feature by one spot, but he finished second in his b-main to lock into the twenty-first starting spot for the 75 lap finale. Unfortunately his feature outing before it ever got started as a broken fan belt on the parade lap sidelined him to a twenty-fourth place finish.

Saturday evening found the action shifting to Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 (Pevely, Missouri) as fifty entries made the trek. The second fastest time in his group in time trials locked Hubbard into the pole position for his heat race, and after a great battle with Eddie Carrier Jr. and Scott Bloomquist he finished second to lock into the ninth starting spot for the main event. In the feature he battled the handle on his entry as he slipped to a nineteenth place finish.

After changing engines on Saturday morning the team made the trip to Florence Speedway (Union, Kentucky) on Saturday evening for a $3,000-to-win, unsanctioned show. Twenty-three Super Late Models were on hand for the program, and a flat tire in the opening laps of the heat race forced him pitside. As a result he started on the tail of the field for the feature. Despite starting at the back of the pack he mounted a strong charge to a ninth place finish at the checkered flag. Full results from the event are available at www.FlorenceSpeedway.com.

Chad will now be out of the cockpit for a few weeks after having hernia surgery. Austin Hubbard will pilot his entries at the upcoming National Dirt Racing League events at Paducah International Raceway (Paducah, Kentucky) and Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 (Pevely, Missouri).

On Saturday evening a $10,000 winner's check was posted for the program, which was sanctioned by the Sunoco American Late Model Series. With forty entries on hand it would be another tough night for the team as Stapleton again found himself coming up short of racing his way into the finale, which ended his weekend early.

In the b-main he crossed the finish line in the second spot to lock into the nineteenth starting spot for the 50 lap finale. In the main event he would record a twentieth place finish.

1February 16th, 2013 - Chad Stapleton closed out his outing in the 37th Annual Dart Winter Nationals at East Bay Raceway Park (Gibsonton, Florida) on Saturday with a pair of events.

After finishing fourth in his heat race Stapleton locked into the fourteenth starting spot for the 35 lap feature. He raced around mid-pack for the duration of the event before registering a fifteenth place finish in the final rundown.

The evening portion of the day's events was headlined by a $10,000-to-win, Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS), and Chad would find the going to be more difficult. He missed qualifying for the feature event by one spot in his heat race, and in the b-main he was running in a transfer spot, when contact from Doug Blashe forced him pitside. Despite not qualifying for the feature via heat or b-main action Chad would get to start the main event in the twenty-fifth spot after being the fastest qualifier to not earn a spot in the main event.
