1November 15th, 2014 - Chad Stapleton once again assumed the roll of team owner over the weekend as he fielded a car for Bub McCool in the 3rd Annual Deep Fried 75 at Duck River Raceway Park (Wheel, Tennessee).

The $11,000-to-win program, which was sanctioned by the Southern Nationals Bonus Series drew a field of thirty-three Super Late Models to the 1/4 mile oval. Bub earned the third starting spot for his heat race via qualifications on Friday night. Unfortunately, freezing track conditions forced heat race action to be postponed until Saturday afterrnon. When competition resumed on Saturday, McCool raced to a third place finish in his heat to lock into the ninth starting position for the 75 lap finale. When the race went green, Bub quickly marched his way forward and had entered the top five by lap 23. Disaster struck for the Vicksburg, Mississippi driver on lap 27 when he looped his entry while running fourth. McCool was able to continue at the tail of the field only to see mechanical issues bring his night to an end on lap 51 as he slowed in turn one to draw the caution. He was credited with a fifteenth place finish in the final rundown.

1November 8th, 2014 - Bub McCool piloted Chad Stapleton's #32 Club 29 Super Late Model over the weekend at The Dirt Track at Charlotte (Concord, North Carolina) during the 8th Annual World of Outlaws World Finals.

Seventy-five entries took part in Thursday night's double qualifying rounds, which set the heat race grids for Friday and Saturday night's program.

Bub advanced to a fourth place finish in his heat race on Friday night after starting sixth, which left him one spot short of transferring to the feature. McCool raced to the win in his b-main, earning him the 21st starting spot on the grid for the $12,000 main event. Despite starting near the back of the pack, Bub sliced through the field to register a solid tenth place finish.

Looking to capitalize on his Friday night performance, Bub stormed from the seventh starting spot in his heat race to finish second, which locked him into the twelfth starting spot for the 50 lap finale. Throughout the course of the $12,000-to-win feature, McCool advanced six spot to finish sixth behind race winner, Jimmy Owens, Tim McCreadie, Scott Bloomquist, Billy Moyer and Darrell Lanigan.

1May 31st, 2014 - It was back to Moler Raceway Park (Williamsburg, Ohio) on Friday night, and once again Chad Stapleton did not disappoint. Fifteen Super Late Models registered for the Weekly Racing Series event, and by virtue of a heat race win, Chad earn the pole position for the finale with Duane Chamberlain alongside. When the main event went green it was Stapleton out front, as he and Chamberlain exchanged the position multiple times in the early laps before Chamberlain took control on lap five. Duane Chamberlain would lead the rest of the way for the victory while Stapleton settled in second. John Whitney, Jason Jameson, and Greggie Oliver rounded out the top five finishers. Saturday night found the team pitted at Twin Cities Raceway Park (North Vernon, Indiana) for another Weekly Racing Series program. Chad locked into the feature via preliminary action and race his #57J MSRMafia.com/Barry Wright/Jay Dickens Racing Engine Super Late Model to a third place finish behind race winner, Tim Prince, and Dennis Roberson. 1May 24th, 2014 - The Memorial Day weekend saw Chad entering a pair of events in Ohio and Indiana. On Friday night actioned opened at Moler Raceway Park (Williamsburg, Ohio) with a Weekly Racing Series event. With eleven cars entered Chad drew the third starting spot for the second heat race. Stapleton charged to the heat race win, which locked him into the second starting position for the feature. He raced at the front of the pack throughout the event before finishing second behind race winner, Duane Chamberlain. Full results from the event are available at www.MolerRacewayPark.com

1Saturday evening took the team to Brownstown Speedway (Brownstown, Indiana) for a Weekly Racing Series event that the 1/4 oval. Twenty-nine entries were on hand for the program, and after finishing second in his heat race Stapleton went on to record a disappointing nineteenth place finish in the final rundown. 1May 17th, 2014 - After a weekend away from track, Chad Stapleton returned to the seat of his #32 Rightway Construction/Barry Wright/Jay Dickens Racing Engine Super Late Model on Saturday night for a Weekly Racing Series event at Twin Cities Raceway Park (North Vernon, Indiana). Stapleton locked into the outside pole position for the feature via preliminary action, and when the green flag waved he set the pace out front. Chad had begun to work his way through lap traffic as the field saw the halfway mark. 1May 3rd, 2014 - Friday night found Chad Stapleton back in action at Moler Raceway Park (Williamsburg, Ohio) for a $1,500-to-win event. A field of fourteen entries was on hand for the program, and after finish third in his heat race he started fifth in the feature. Stapleton battled amongst the top five throughout the event before crossing the finish line in fourth behind race winner Duane Chamberlain, Marty O'Neal, and John Whitney. 1April 26th, 2014 - After seeing the team's scheduled event at Moler Raceway Park (Williamsburg, Ohio) nixed by rain on Friday night, Chad Stapleton entered a single event at Twin Cities Raceway Park (North Vernon, Indiana) on Saturday night. Stapleton charged from the tail of the first heat race to score the win, earning him the pole position for the evening's main event. In the feature he drove his #32 Rightway Construction/Barry Wright/Jay Dickens Racing Engine Super Late Model to a solid second place finish behind only race winner, Jeremy Hines. 1April 19th, 2014 - Chad Stapleton took part in a pair of event in Ohio and Kentucky over the weekend. He began his weekend with a Weekly Racing Series event at Moler Raceway Park (Williamsburg, Ohio) on Friday night. In preliminary action Chad started third and finished third in his heat race to lock into the sixth starting spot for the finale. 1Looking to capitalize on a solid performance Friday night, the team made the trip to Florence Speedway (Union, Kentucky) for the 38th Annual Spring 50, sanctioned by the Ray Cook's Old Man's Garage (OMG) Spring Nationals tour. A talented field of thirty-seven Super Late Models filled the pit area at the 1/2 mile oval, and Chad narrowly missed the transfer into the main event via heat race action, leaving him to run a b-main. April 12th, 2014 - After a few weeks away from the track, Chad returned to the driver's seat of his Stapleton Motorsports/BarryWright/Super Late Model over the weekend.

1The weekend opened on Friday night at Moler Raceway Park (Williamsburg, Ohio) with a Weekly Racing Series Event. With fifteen Super Late Models entered Chad started second in his heat race before racing to the win. His heat race performance locked him into the pole position for the feature event. Stapleton lead early in the feature before settling to a third place finish at the checkered flag behind race winner Chris Garnes, and Ethan Burgess. 1Saturday night found the team taking part in a Weekly Racing Series event at Brownstown Speedway (Brownstown, Indiana). Twenty-five Super Late Models entered the event, and after charging from eighth to second in his heat race Chad locked in the fifth starting spot for the main event. In the feature, Chad had worked his way into the third spot when the caution came out. Under caution Stapleton came to a stop and as a result track rules forced him to the tail. March 22nd, 2014 - Chad Stapleton once again traveled to Brownstown Speedway (Brownstown, Indiana) on Saturday night as he took part in the $10,000-to-win, 17th Annual Indiana Icebreaker, sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS). Forty-five Super Late Model registered for battle, and with the top four finishers moving onto the main event Chad would miss the transfer by one spot with a fifth place finish in his heat, which relegated him to the b-main. In the b-main, the top three finishers earn a spot in the 50 lap feature, and Stapleton once again missed the transfer by just one spot bringing his night to an early end.

March 15th, 2014 - After a month off from a tough outing during Florida Speedweeks, Chad Stapleton returned to action on Saturday night for a weekly racing event at Brownstow Speedway (Brownstown, Indiana). (Lloyd Walls Photo) A modest thirteen Super Late Models were on hand for the event, and started the night off with a second place finish in his preliminary heat race, which locked him into the third spot for the 25 lap main event. Stapleton battled in the top five for much of the event before eventually crossing the finish line with a solid sixth place finish. February 14th, 2014 - The Stapleton Motorsports team continued with round #5 of the 38th Annual Winternationals at Eastbay Raceway Park on Friday night.

The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series drew 48 competitors all chasing the $10,000 top prize. Chad failed to make the transfer into the 50 lap feature via heat race action. Stapleton's night again was cut short in the #32 Rightway Construction/Barry Wright/Jay Dickens Racing Engine Super Late Model when he finished 14th in the b-main.

February 13th, 2014 - Chad Stapleton Motorsports kicked off their version of the 2014 season on Monday evening at the 38th Annual Winternationals with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series. (Rick Schwallie Photo)

The first round of the Winternationals drew 44 entries however, Chad's night came to a very early end after a broken oil cooler during time trials caused him to miss the call for his heat race. The #32 Rightway Construction/Barry Wright/Jay Dickens Racing Engine Super Late Model will return to action on Tuesday night for round #2 of the week-long event.

Another disappointing night for the Stapleton Motorsports crew during Round #2 of the East Bay Raceway Park Winternationals. Chad started in the back of his heat race and was unable to make up any ground, finishing tenth, and forcing him to run a B-Main. Stapleton was unable to make the transfer through the B-Main, ending his night early.

The Stapleton Motorsports team returned to racing on Thursday night at East Bay Raceway Park after Wednesday night events were postponed due to inclement weather. Chad started ninth in his heat race and finished ninth, putting him a B-Main for one last chance to make the $7,000-to-win feature. Unfortunately, Stapleton's night came to an end after the B-Main when he finished tenth, missing the transfer.
